Welcome to the Northern Ohio Rose Centre

Friday evening, April 27th will mark the coronation of the 2012 Northern Ohio Rose! Once named, arrangements will be made for her to travel to Ireland later this spring to compete in the International Rose of Tralee Festival's Regional Finals in Ireland. If chosen to advance, she will return to Ireland later this summer to compete in the Rose of Tralee International Festival.

Our 2012 Northern Ohio Rose can look forward to the experience of a lifetime, not the least of which will include being treated like a celebrity soon after she lands in Ireland. Regardless of individual outcome, it is almost guaranteed that she may form lasting friendships based on her shared experience and come to understand the meaning of "Once a Rose, Always a Rose." Her celebrity status will continue closer to home and throughout her reign as she will be invited to appear in a number of public appearances and be recognized as the 2012 Northern Ohio Rose.

What a wonderful networking opportunity and valuable experience that many young ladies could only hope to have. Around this time next year, our Rose will be mentoring other contestants who are vying for the title of "2013 Northern Ohio Rose," and so our story goes.

Please allow us to acknowledge how absolutely thrilled we are to have had such fine contestants again this year! Each of these young ladies is a credit not only to their Irish Heritage but to our entire region!
